ImageFolio helps organizations by providing a secure and centralized rich media storage environment (on your Intranet or the Internet) that enables the creation, management, organization, distribution and monetization of digital assets to be shared within employees or clients on a fully customizable permissions-based user group system. ImageFolio can be open to the public or privatized and accessible via secure login authentication using user group permissions, wherein each user has their own username and password.
ImageFolio lets users find images via a point-and-click interface or by keyword search. Keywords and other metadata utilize the industry standard IPTC format used by the entire publishing and software industry, making ImageFolio cross-compatible with your existing tools. Perform a simple keyword search using the built-in image search engine or fine tailor a search with our advanced search plug-in.
ImageFolio can be fully integrated into your existing website design by editing ImageFolio's HTML templates.
